One important principle that every spiritual man must imbibe is learning how to take your measurement especially when undertaking new spiritual assignment. Every city has men that are in charge of it. Cities can be owned. When spirits set their thrones over lands, they anoint human beings to rule for them. So every dominion whether in the market place or in the spiritual sphere is the dominion of a spirit. The seat that gives certain people relevance in certain places is produced from the rod of a spirit. It is important to check out what spirit is in a place before you pitch your tent. God owns the entire universe but there are certain places where His influence is not felt and if you must set God's influence in such places, you must take inventory of the rod that rules there and the realm that produced them. When we raise altars for God, it is also raised with the strength of the realm we are operating. The purpose of this book is to stir the church to go back to undiluted consecration that can produce a maximum voltage that judges the act of sorcery in our land. There are altars that cannot submit by just shouting 'fire seven times', because of the realm that produced them; it will need a higher voltage of divinity to shift.
