Daddy's Girl is a book of poems that expresses the love of Christ in many different avenues. It's about finding the strength to act on the desire to change from a lifestyle of sin and developing into an obedient child of God. Our heavenly father is more than just an entity that we worship. He is the protector of our hearts and the guardian of our souls. He is our father who guides us and teaches us how to live according to his biblical principles. He is our daddy, who lovingly takes us by the hand and walks right beside us every step of the way; and when the road gets too tough, he will pick us up and carry us. When we give up our old life, we learn to be attentive to his voice and establish a personal relationship with him. Once the healing process is complete, we find ourselves at a turning point in life where we are once again able to trust and love as innocent as when we were just his little children. Life is hard, and the struggle is real on this earth where everything has become so chaotic. But when we decide to become a child of God, he equips us with all the tools that we need to survive, flourish, and to share his love with others as well. Perhaps you or someone you know thinks it's too late to turn around and get back into the loving arms of God. Well, this book is filled with words of his love and grace and includes scriptures from the Bible to speak words of encouragement and life into the spirits of all who read it.
