
Meditation is an ancient wellness practice meant to train individual awareness and focus. To be honest, doing meditation, it is not to gain, but to let go. In this writing meditation, it is just simply a practice to having come back to ourselves, that is our home that we reside for so long. By having to switch our attention by focusing externally and back to our inner self is able to regain energy and be peace with our own body, mind and soul. When we enjoy writing, attention does internally, and when writing something positive likes affirmation, it rewires our brain and restructure the usual thinking process that influencing our behavior for so long to something that we want to manifest in our life and make it happen just like that when we asking for it from the Universe. These positive words will build up in our subconscious mind when we repeat them over and over again by developing faith and belief in ourselves and make us confident in our actions. As we know, subconscious mind is the data bank for past experiences, memories, emotions, belief and habits. Everything that we have seen, felt, heard are all being stored here since we are small. This is an area that doesn’t have any gated system to filter what it should be store or shouldn’t be. In fact, it is our true guidance system to where we will be. Positive words introduced into subconscious mind directs us to a positive life while negative and destructive words lead us to life offering lots of suffer and pain.In which way your life wish to be guided, that is where we should program our subconscious mind with affirmation words and making it as a repetitive belief to manifest things that we want and make it happen in our life, and of course we deserve to have all these all. When we are doing writing meditation, repetition of writing the affirmations for 21 times actually creates a new self-talk habit in our subconscious mind to manifest a healthy life that we own and live with it.
