Mrs. Blake cannot decide among the three finalists at an AI clinic in Los Angeles, so she asks the director to give her the fastest swimmer. A device is built for that purpose and a patent obtained. When the patent is ridiculed, it leads to a lot of publicity and the idea of sperm races. Races starts locally and soon spread around the world and Las Vegas then gets in on the act.. When an AI deposit is stolen, a Private Investigator is hired to solve the case of the missing sperm.
