This is a 8" x 5" blank lined journal. A place to give voice to all the parts of yourself in whatever form they show up. Based on the shadow work of Carl Jung this is a place to get to know those unwanted parts of yourself. The ones that are hidden. Get to know all of you. Have a conversation with parts of yourself you are rejecting. This will bring integration and relief. More creativity and fun. As Rumi says " This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival...Be grateful for whatever comes because each has been sent as a guide from the beyond."
