This book is written to provide basic helpful information to NJ residents and attorneys. Since the Federal Estate Tax exemption will be increasing every year over the $12,500,000 exemption, we will not be addressing Federal Estate Tax planning and Medicaid. The author’s comments are based on his 35 years of experience in New Jersey.
