About the Author Dr. Charles K. Alexander is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio. He is also the Director of the Center for Research in Electronics and Aerospace Technology (CREATE). From 2002 until 2006 he was Dean of the Fenn College of Engineering.
