It would be interesting for one to acquaint himself/herself with the knowledge of how electrical energy is generated, transmitted and distributed to consumers. This book, though small in size, provides the scientific and engineering principles that come into play to make all that possible. The rigorous mathematics that often accompany most electrical engineering textbooks, have been avoided. Rather, it focuses on discussions and explanations of what’s practically going on in the three critical areas of electrical power/energy: generation, transmission and distribution. The book provides answers to basic questions that are often asked about those three key aspects of electrical engineering.
