The book is intended for students of technical higher schools. It is based on lectures delivered for many years at the Moscow Power Institute. It consists of five chapters, for of which are devoted to ordinary differential equations and the fifth chapter contains material which is important for applications:elementary knowledge of boundary value problems, oscillation of solutions, elementary concepts of perturbation theory. Each chapter contains exercises (supplied with Answers).
