The Qanun-e-Shahadat Order 1984 has been divided into three parts namely relevancy of facts, on proof and production and effect of evidence. There are thirteen chapters and 166 Articles in it our creative work "critical study of Qanun-e-Shahadat Order 1984" consists of 24 topics. In every topic we discuss each and every thing with the comparison of evidence law and the importance of Q.S.O 1984. Now a days the need of such a book as may acquaint the reader with background of law, has always been felt. It is my belief that to understand evidence law and role of Q.S.O 1984 in justice, we must study it in perspective. So far little work has been done in the field of law in Pakistan. This book has been written with the intention of providing a background knowledge of law of evidence. I have tried to analyze the main articles operating in the world of law so that the reader may understand what is going on in different regions and what is the importance of evidence.
