Pays tribute to William Barak, who became witness to Australia's first and only attempt to create a treaty between European settlers and Aboriginal clan leaders, and who, sixty five years later, would be Lionised as 'King of the Yarra Tribe' as becoming a bridge between the new arrivals and the original Aboriginal inhabitants.
