Environment has influence in the development and evolution of species. But, is the reverse also true? i.e. do species have a role in maintaining a healthy environment for itself? In this book, we examine the feature in a species to conserve its environment. It shall be shown, that the feature to conserve one's environment, is an important requirement in the evolution of any species. Also this leads to the development in species, of almost perfect features, suitable for their role in the environment. This book discusses the underlying principle for the evolution of various species on earth. Evolution is a process not always leading to increase in capability, but rather keeps it in limits. Many times we see deadly organisms like Spanish Flu evolve and then die of within a limited span of time. Why is it that these organisms are not able to survive, in spite of being stronger than others in their environment? Many species have unfavorable traits, like peacock with it huge tail, red bull's eye arctic fox with a distinct vulnerable mark, etc.. Why we do not see this vulnerable trait reduce with time, as we would expect according to theory of natural selection. For explaining Evolution, Natural selection deals with Survivability; whereas this book addresses both Survivability and Sustainability.
