It is now an amendment.The answer to this structural contradiction that Korea has is the amendment. He says that the present Constitution, which was created to win democracy in 1987, is not meeting the demands of the times, and that the Presidential Zero, as defined by the present Constitution, can not effectively reflect the will of all citizens. And as a concrete alternative to this, it is proposed to appropriately distribute the authority and responsibility of the president and to form a decentralized constitution which can more directly reflect the will of the people.
