This book is for those who supervise, whether a shift manager in a small business, the front-line supervisor on a crew, the head of a large department or the owner of an independent business. It is intended to help you become more effective, faster, in your role as supervisor, by giving you insight into the profession that many are forced to learn by trial and error over the course of several years. This book is for supervisors who are looking for the kind of information that will help them supervise crews and manage companies successfully.
