Reflective supervision is the regular collaborative reflection between a service provider (clinical or other) and supervisor that builds on the supervisee's use of her thoughts, feelings, and values within a service encounter. In this book, the author introduces his "Process Framework," a tool for practitioners to process the emotional experiences they endure. He offers: -a collection of practitioner experiences that apply across several professions, -exercises for applying the Process Framework in one-on-one conversations and in group supervision, -the theoretical background regarding the Process Framework, and -reflection tools for applying supervision concepts in your own work.
