According to Blueprint' takes blue-dyeing, known in German as "blueprinting" as a frame of reference and "analytically traces the physical movements that made global history through trade routes, colonialism, and the migration of people and objects, but also craft processes and manufacturing techniques. [Moira Zoitl] translates between times, between the cultural techniques, raw materials, and resource-related situations of material objects, colonial entanglements, migrating movements, photographs, gestures and objects, and the knowledge of individual protagonists."
