Great Hawk, a Chiricahua Apache, wants only to live free and hunt in his mountain homeland. First Mexicans, then Americans threaten not only his way of life, but his very existence. Set in the American Southwest in the last half of the Nineteenth Century, the historical novel Apache Pass tells the story of Great Hawk, White flower, and the Chiricahua people.
