Author Description

The first monographic publication by Vienna-based artist Angelika Loderer documents her examination of the definition of sculpture from 2009 to 2019. Her search for form, for a formal approach from the traceability of everyday life, is illustrated through images of individual works as well as exhibition views. Contributions from different disciplines compliment the imagery: Noit Banai from an arthistorical background, Peter Pakesch and Bettina Spörr from the contemporary art context and Gudrun Tiefenbach-Kaufmann from a biologists view.
