Into Africa is an adventure narrative like no other. Armed with only love, peace and respect on a wonderful journey of freedom, Lucky Mike set out alone into the untamed wilderness of southern and east Africa in a thirteen year-old vehicle, in which he slept, lived and travelled. From the southern tip of the continent, to vast bandit ridden sands of the Chalbi Desert in Northern Kenya, where he was stopped at gunpoint – it is a full-on thrill, in an off the beaten track ride to nowhere! Past and present tales combine for a beautiful story in a magical, mystical place. A lion in his bedroom, a leopard in a tree, or standing down a charging lioness whilst unarmed - they are all woven into the adventure. After thirteen countries, with only his thoughts or the people and animals he met along the way for company, this exciting yearlong experience will remain with you forever!
