Integrity What you're going to do here is that every day in the morning you're going to write down one thing you will do that day. The point is that you make a promise to yourself and keep it. Imagine it like this: Let's say you're a character in a online game and you start at Level 0. Every time you make a promise to yourself and keep it, your self-esteem goes up one level, and every time you make promise and don't keep it, it goes down one level. Good Deeds What you're going to do here is to write down, at the end of your day, three good deeds you saw that other people did. The goal here is to train your focus to realize that the world is a good place and that people are nice. We live in a society where mainstream media constantly blasts fear and anxiety. You just always see that bad things happen and your mind gets conditioned to think that the world is a scary place and that people are out to get you. Doing this exercise every day will get you out of this cycle that constantly reinforces that the world is a dangerous place.
