About the Author Dr. Parsons began his ministry in the early 60s preaching on the streets of Chicago after serving his country in the United States Marines. He graduate from Bible College in Grand Rapids, MI where he met his wife Mary. He completed his Master of Arts in Theology at Wheaton College and Master of Divinity at Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. He completed his Ph.D in Theology at the California Graduate School of Theology.
