Prayer is as essential as breath. It is a spiritual impulse that moves out from us, and upwards to reach the very Ear of God, and then returns to fill us with life-giving blessings.This book is a follow-up to BENEVOLENT FLOW, A Love Song to The Holy Spirit. It begins with the examination of an individual’s personal struggle for spiritual enlightenment and, from that point, changes focus – from a dialogue that solely uses the language of ‘I’ towards a more inclusive trajectory, the universal ‘we’, encompassing all of our communal interactions with the give and take of that Benevolent Flow, the processes of prayer, which involve asking for and receiving grace from God. The arguments made herein are meant to carry the reader, like feathers on a breeze, heavenwards on the living breath of the Holy Spirit’s buoyant activity in relationship with the image and likeness (the spark of divinity) that abides in the heart of each of us.
