Our husband and wife, personal suffering diaries of struggling to find healthcare made this book. The hardest and darkest moments gave us the opportunity to focus more on faith, hope, and love. But most importantly, above all else: Love. We have observed how pain changes us, strengthens us and serves to develop our character when it is approached with faith. Our diaries showed how this process happened, and how faith beautified our lives even when the hardest experiences were coming across to our path. This book turned into a beautiful glass. A glass has its inner side and its outer side. A glass cannot be without its inner side nor without its outer side. They together make the glass. William's diaries made the outer side. Beril's diaries made the inner side. We wish this glass serves good purposes, to offer waters of justice for us as a healthcare victim couple and all other healthcare victims around the world, to offer the waters of awareness to health providers who wish to know how to not miss patient diagnosis, to offer the waters of understanding and compassion to those who are going through health related suffering, to offer waters of wisdom to anyone who would like to hear a story about how faith, hope and love may lead to Recovery.
