As I think over my life, one word is highlighted as an overall theme. I’ve had my share of grief, heartache, and feelings of brokenness. I’ve felt overwhelmed and I’ve even used the word exposed several times to relate my feelings, but there has always been an unseen force that has given me a peculiar sense of security. A sense of hope despite my struggle, strife, and pain. A drawing back to the fight that I so desperately wanted to escape and retrieve from. This riveting force and power I came to know as GRACE! Something was working behind the scenes in my favor throughout every struggle. A power that gave me a chance to recover, reset and be restored. Grace in Christian theology is the spontaneous, unmerited gift of the divine favor in the salvation of the unbeliever and the divine influence operating in individuals for their regeneration and sanctification. There is a multipurpose of grace. In this book we will dig deep into the influence and purpose of grace in our lives. We will refer to a pinnacle moment in the Prophet Elijah’s life where grace showed up in physical form. How that moment changed his life and ministry. We will discuss the importance and the effect of grace in our everyday lives.
