
Cooking with Caribbean Lions is a compilation of the ultimate feel-good Caribbean dishes including vegan and gluten free options. There are more than 120 dishes all incorporating fresh and delicious produce found on the islands but are still so versatile that they can be prepared by others living in almost every part of the world. The recipes are hand selected from Caribbean residents sharing their best and favorite dishes. This cookbook is an initiative conceptualized by the Team of Multiple District LCIF Coordinators for the final year 2021/2022 of Campaign 100: LCIF Empowering Service. A fundraising tool, this cookbook will be a source of ongoing financial contributions from the Lions Multiple District (MD) 60 to the Lions Club International Foundation in support of Lions Global Service Causes.
