Author Description

Get to know Linda and Colin, their friends and neighbors from a small town in the Midwest. In this first story the local heavy equipment business has been bought out and most of the townspeople are unexpectedly left without a job and a way to pay their bills. Some become resigned to the situation but others are desperate. For Linda hope springs eternal and she exhausts all options to find a solution to the town's predicament. Follow her on her quest and meet the townspeople grappling in different ways with their new lot while trying to cope with their more intimate problems.
