Author Description

A novel set during the founding of the state of Israel in the beginning of the Cold War where a side must be chosen between the superpowers. The choice between the Soviet Union and the United States will determine the character of Israeli society: will it be a socialist, ideological, mobilized society - or a capitalist, Western, bourgeois society.
