Unsound magazine was published from 1983-1987. Before the inception of the internet and on the brink of the desktop publishing revolution, Unsound created a forum for cutting-edge musicians and artists to connect. Each featured some of the first coverage of some of the best bands of the period including: Sonic Youth, Swans, Test Department, Hunting Lodge, Negativland, Chris & Cosey, Borbetomagus, The Haters, Problemist, and many more. The pages of Unsound are filled with uniques creativity and an obvious relish for the weird. This re-issue is reproduced in its original form.
