This book and its series are written for children ages 9 and up and for adults. This book continues the author's imagined conversation with God from his first book.This book shows what an experienced lawyer (the author, John Lee DePolo) would do if he were President of the United States of America in 2021. It should be used as a reference book for civility in government and for establishing and considering alternative consequences and penalties for criminal and semi-criminal behavior in government and anti-government activities. It also enumerates many ideas on how to keep America Great. It discusses the importance of strictness in interpreting our constitution because it is the foundation of the United States of America. It also discusses how to persuade honest, good Americans to participate in our political system without the need for the huge amount of campaign financing that has been going on for decades. It also discusses how to persuade our legislators to vote for tax increases--for infrastructure, etc.-- on the super rich, billionaires, and large estates, with a sunset provision on ending the tax increases automatically in 2025 and giving the legislators the opportunity to extend the tax increases at need. It also continues earlier discussions from books I and II on dealing with the abuse of power in America, and shows how we could bring more trust into government with new extensive comprehensive sunshine laws, which will be discussed further in future books in this series. The book also shows the author's solution to gangs and drug lords. Finally, it shows some of the experiences the author has had in life. John Lee DePolo has represented city councils and written hundreds of laws, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. He ran for County Commissioner as shown by chapter IV.
