The author, a physician, neurologist & psychiatrist was accused & tried by the State of California for the "appearance of mental illness" because he exposed the wrongful death of a young troubled physician. The author provides his own defense in response to the corruption & incompetence of the investigators, the Attorney General's office & the California courts. The fanatic belief in the doctrine of punishment by the administrators & legislators is an underlying theme while the media & the Power Elite use fear & hatred to mold public opinion to go along with the injustices & crimes of government.
