The Journey is about the discovery of self. One mans journey from realizing he is attracted to his own gender at an early age, early experiences, surviving tremendous abuse for being himself, and shoving his true self into the closet in order to survive. Living in that terror filled closet for over forty years, yet being happily married, becoming a father and a grandfather. Becoming a parent to a special needs child, his oldest grandson. Finding love again after the untimely passing of his wife of those forty years.
