Author Description

This is Bob's story about his experiences over many years of camping and caravanning around the UK and Europe with his family. He explains how travel in Europe has changed over the years and he includes some interesting information about the history, people and activities of many of the places and countries visited. His travels have taken him from Scotland to Spain and from Gibraltar to Germany. Into scorching deserts and freezing glaciers; the heights of smoking volcanoes and the depths of dripping caves. Into the splendour of Royal Palaces and the horrors of Gas Chambers. He talks about seeing some of the World's most famous buildings, paintings and sculptures and there are also some interesting tales about his family connections with Europe.
