Volume One is the detailed history of Riverside Raceway, in somewhat scrapbook style, covering the early pro races, the USRRC, the Can Am and Single Seat Can Am, Midgets, Sprints and Go Karts, Indy Cars, Formula 5000, Other happenings at the track, photos from the Legends of Riverside events and a chapter on crooks and criminals plus comments from those who were there.
