In Singapore. they spent eight years training new missionaries, when Melville served as Dean of the Asian Cross-cultural Training Institute. Then they took off to Hokkaido again for another eight years of evangelism and church-planting work untll their retirement from field ministry in 2010. The author shares first-hand knowledge and experience about raising a family and educating children on the mission field.
