On the day of, 19, without grace, Hew Orleans Great Northern Railroad Company, for value received, promisee to pay to the bearer the sum of One thousand Dollars ($1,000) In gold ooln of the United States of America of or »iuivalent to the present standard of weight and fineness at the ffioe of the New York Trust Company, in the City of New York, r at the office of said New Orleans Great Northern Railroad fompany in the City of Buffalo, New York, at the option of the LOlder, with interest thereon from February 1, 1909, until paid, kt the rate of five per centum (5) per annum, payable semi-annually In like gold ooln at either of said offices on the first days of Febrv ary and August In eaoh year on the presentation and surrender of the respeotlve coupons for suoh interest hereto attached, as they severally mature. All payments upon this bond, both principal and interest, shall be made without deduotion for any tax or taxes whioh the Railroad Company may be required to pay thereon or retain therefrom under any present or future law of the United States or of any State, county or municipality thereof.
