Veterans have given so much to our country it is only right that we offer them the tools to reach the American dream of homeownership with a great mortgage option called the VA loan. The trouble is the homebuying process, even with great products like the VA loan, can be confusing, overwhelming and frustrating because of the all of the rules, regulations and hurdles that come with buying a home. This book is intended to clear up this process and make the dream of homeownership more obtainable for our Military Members and their families. I hope this book takes much of the stress out of the homebuying process by explaining step by step how to prepare yourself to purchase a home, regardless of the market being a Buyers or Sellers Market. This easy to follow guide will provide the framework necessary to successfully purchase a home with a VA loan with as little stress as possible.
