
The Author Osmar Junior is a former Volunteer of the Public Defender's Office of the Federal District. This is a work on Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminal Execution, and the study of Criminology in the Criminal Execution phase, with a detailed study in which God is the Main Character in the act of Criminal Rehabilitation and demonstrates the Resocializing and Rehabilitating tools that: they are the Prisoners' Work and Studies, because our Country Penal Code adopted the relative Criterion regarding the penalty. The work brought together in the Bojo International Foreign Literature and Brazilian Literature in the field of Criminal Law: Michel Fucalt, Cessare Beccaria, Noberto Bóbio, Chiavenato, Guilherme de Souza Nucci and Fábio Konder Comparato together with many other renowned authors. Osmar Junior was born in Brasília Son of Northeastern parents, his dear mother Bernadete Lima dos Santos, born in Teresina - Piauí, is an Education Assistant at SEDF - Secretary of Education of the Federal District. His father Osmar Francisco dos Santos, Mr. DiDi, is a native of Gentio do Ouro Bahia, is a Renowned Master of Works in Civil Construction in Brasília. The work brings in its framework: detailed field study with data from the Seventh International Seminar Promoted by IDP - Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público in partnership with FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas, in the Seventh International Seminar Theme Security from the Prison System.
