Hearing on extradition problems the U.S. has had with the Government of Mexico. In particular, it addresses the case of the State of Florida v. Jose Luis Del Toro. The U.S. Government has requested the extradition of Jose Luis Del Toro to Florida where he is wanted for the brutal murder of Sheila Bellush.
