Living at the top of a hill, on the outskirts of the small village of Gelind, Ailill and Maeve built their life. They lived simply, with little concern for their status or ability to put food on the table – until they announced their pregnancy, and the thunderous sound of the Fuaim arrived. Now, the village elders believe that Ailill and Maeve have brought a curse upon themselves. With magic coursing through the lands, one rumored curse would normally not concern a druid. Ailill enjoys his life since he had left the Druidic Enclave. Meanwhile, Maeve has finally found the freedom she had sought her whole life. And, together, they could not be happier. But, as the force of the Fuaim increases in strength each day, it is only a matter of time until they cannot ignore the curse as it tries to manifest itself on the island of Keltoi.
