Born a century ago to provide water for the steam trains of that time, Radnor Lake has become a source of renewal and inspiration for generations of Nashvillians and visitors ever since. A haven for eagles, owls, deer and much more, Radnor Lake is beloved in Nashville as a treasure. The book comprises twenty-five poems written by Mimi Pantelides, with photographs by Charles Brau. While the thoughts and feelings in the poems are inspired by Radnor, they embrace a broader view of life and thought. As much as possible, the photographs reflect the poems. All but a few are from Radnor.
