The author describes a journey, beginning in childhood and California's majestic Sierra Nevadas and takes the reader through an unpredictable awareness trip of back woods adventures. He's a sojourner of the sixties and there's drugs and sex and what's lacking of rock and roll is made up for by deep woods philosophy. Not to be missed.
