
Building on the basic information literacy taught in Research 1, this unit takes students through the process of producing a formal research paper. Exercises and activities focus on refining library skills, selecting a topic and gathering general information, the use of footnotes, endnotes, and parenthetical notes, and outlining and drafting the final manuscript.
