These proceedings deal with floating structures and offshore operations in relation to the exploration, exploitation and transportation of offshore oil and gas resources and all associated construction and installation activities. The papers provide an up-to-date review of current developments in the field of floating production systems, and present the state-of-the-art of design methods for floating systems, mooring and positioning.
