I felt that someone had accidentally pressed the fast-forward button in my life, and it’s turning so fast like a book page. At 45 I became a young grandmother. I don’t like to commit yet; I am just about to enjoy the relative independence of having grown-up children. This grandma thing, it’s happening too early. I just like to be a parent for a while. It is overlapping; it’s too overwhelming and a little depressive. Will be I completely become committed to my role as a grandma, eventually? This book is all about the genuine joy of being a grandparent in any circumstances.
