
This is a collection of poems written by Laura Austin Wiley. Ms. Wiley has a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from Columbia University and an M.A. in English from Holy Names University. She grew up in rural Indiana, but now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and a menagerie of cats. She has written three novels (Playing Hooky, Close Enough for Jazz, Blackberry Moon), one book of short stories (Jitterbug Waltz), one book of vignettes (Dinner on the Moon), and one other book of poetry (Hoosier Fossils). In addition to being a writer, Ms. Wiley is also a flute teacher, a musician and a painter.
