The book tells a story that is over. Non-fiction story about a classified government project aimed at creating high energy fuel based on boron. These materials are toxic, explosive and flammable. There was no OSHA or EPA in the 1950s when the project was active, so it proceeded quickly until it was scrapped in 1959.
