In the past, man has used various forms of energy. Some of these include light, heat, and motion. The first source of usable energy was fire. Today, we use fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas. While these forms of energy are useful, they are harmful to the environment. They release radioactive waste and pollute the air. Fortunately, there are renewable sources of energy that are cleaner and sustainable.
