The goal of this journal is to help examine and highlight the areas of your sexuality that have unknowingly been viewed or labeled taboo. Over the next 30 days, you'll learn to cultivate creativity, process personal views, and shift your perspectives around sex and sexuality. Each day poses a question, or two, or three, to help establish a personal foundation and understanding of who you are as a sexual being. Enjoy the journey and the process--there are no right or wrong answers--just discovery. The next 30 days will help you recognize and observe where your beliefs around sex and sexuality started, how those beliefs affect you now (in the present), and give you the opportunity to change them. HAVE FUN... and allow the creative curiosity of who you are be explored and uncovered!
