Author Description

Set in a European village during the Middle Ages. As a young girl Witchy is left alone to survive when her mother dies. Because she has physical deformities she is cast out of the village and lives alone in a hovel in a nearby forest. She often steals to survive. Transported into the 21st century, with the magic of modern medicine and understanding Witchy becomes a happy and healthy girl and an integrated member of her community. This book challenges the constructs of discrimination and the constricted mind-sets of social norms.
