About the Authors Dr. Muthusami Kumaran is the Associate Professor of Nonprofit Management and Community Organizations, Department of Family, Youth and Community Sciences, University of Florida, USA. He teaches various applied courses in nonprofit management and conducts research on roles, operations, and impacts of nonprofit/NGO sectors. He is an internationally recognized expert in NGO management capacity building and has trained more than 3,000 nonprofit/NGO leaders across nine countries.
